Buyer & Seller Rules

For buyers

• Always pay through MNB escrow — never send money directly to a seller.
• Record an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is sealed until it is fully opened. No cuts.
• Confirm receipt in your dashboard once the item matches the listing — this releases escrow to the seller.
• If the item is wrong, damaged or missing, upload the unboxing video and open a dispute before confirming.
• Give a complete, correct delivery address and phone number. Add a map pin where possible.

For sellers

• List only what you own or are authorised to sell, with honest photos and description.
• Record a packing video showing the item, its condition and the parcel being sealed.
• Print the MNB label (MNB logo + your unique order ID) from the order page and tape it on the outside of the parcel.
• Never send or accept a parcel that does not carry the MNB logo label and its order ID — escrow is not released for unlabelled parcels.
• Ship promptly and share tracking or handover details in the deal room.
• Scam attempts, off-platform payments or fake evidence lead to a permanent ban and frozen funds.

Disputes

Open a dispute from the order page before confirming receipt. Our team reviews the deal room chat, packing video, unboxing video and parcel ID evidence, then releases, refunds or splits the escrowed funds. The decision is final within the Platform.
